Procedure:

At LEO ARCHITECTS the procedure we used to follow is to do smart work not hard work. Firstly, when we are contacted by our clients we fix a meeting at the decided venue where both the parties come with their plans and suggestions. The main points under consideration in the meeting will be noted and a presentation of the noted points will be made. That presentation will be emailed to the client after the meeting. Upon satisfaction the terms and conditions of the project will be decided and a decided advance payment will be provided by the client. The whole project will be divided into several phases. Upon the completion of each phase the client will be given a brief online or offline presentation of the project. Parallel to that the feedback will be received from the client and required changes will be made in the project. Upon the completion of the project the client will be open to ask for any query or intricacy related to the design that the contractor faces difficulty.
