In 2007 Jelle Mattelaer a Belgian (vege) felt that Fresh Mozzarella is rare in Pakistan, while the Country is abandon in milk., so he took this up with a local pharmacist and after a year they succeeded in producing Buffalo Mozzarella. Initially he was using this for his personal use & gifted to friends. The news were spread in the foreign community (Diplomats) residing in Islamabad. So on the big demand, initially started selling at the Afghan bakery (F-7) on a small scale, latter the sale points were increased.
