Fortune Securities Ltd (FSL) is a corporate member, Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Ltd., Pakistan's largest stock exchange. It was incorporated in 1995, as an unlisted public limited company and has been providing agency broking services to domestic investors for over a decade. Company underwent a management change in March'07, with majority stake acquired by Muhammad Ali Ghulam Muhammad. Experienced and well qualified management is now at the helm which while continuing to strengthen the company's retail client base, is enhancing the firm's institutional broking focus. Fortune aims at providing a full range of services to its retail, corporate and institutional clients both within and outside Pakistan.
