SAMS is a luxurious health and beauty health club and medical spa in Lahore. Our services health club/wellness center, spa therapies, medical/dental spa. We have - a state of the art cardiovascular gym,fitness studio,pool,saunas, steam room, jacuzzi. We have many fitness classes - aerobics, yoga, pilates, kids/teen fitness classes, over 50's exercise , aqua aerobics, TRX training, personal training, dietician, physiotherapy, run by a UK trained sports DR, weight loss clinic.

Spa therapies including body massages, scrubs, body wraps, facials, manicures/pedicures, hair and make up, photographic studio our medical services include but not limited to antiageing non surgical and surgical treatments including botox, fillers , derma roller, Our services include health /beauty services, wellness advise/therapies, holistic therapies, mesotherapy, lasers, plastic/cosmetic surgery, hair loss treatments, hair removal. our dental spa caters for men/women/children.

We have the first spa training academy offering spa courses for males and females in massages- Thai, sports, reflexology , hot stone, Balinese, deep tissue and many others.

Please note male therapists will deal with male clients, female therapists will deal with female clients only, in accordance with our professional standards.

Gym/fitness studio and pool in gulberg only. No mixed gym( separate male & female timings)

FEMALES-mon-sat 10am to 6pm (for spa services), gym- 7.30am -6pm, Outdoor pool -9am-6pm(April - early November- seasonal) sundhays 12noon-4pm.

MALES- mon-sat 6pm-10pm( for spa services), gym-6pm-10pm, Outdoor pool- 6pm-10pm. sundhays 4-8pm

All speciality/consultant clinics - by appointment only, mixed clinics.
