Karachi Chemical Industries Pvt Ltd. commonly known as KCI Pharma is one of the oldest pharmaceutical companies in the country. It was initially incorporated as a Public Limited Company in 1935 at Karachi, specializing in disinfectants and galenicals.

With a drug manufacturing License issued in 1976; KCI is Spread over an 1 acre, and it is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and infrastructure, complying with cGMP requirements and rules provided by DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan). The facilities are periodically inspected as per the guidelines laid down by World Health Organization and as incorporated in the Drugs Act of Pakistan 1976 and Drug Act 2018.

The medicines produced by KCI Pharma are used by all ages and at numerous geographies. The KCI Pharma Production Team daily takes the challenges of cGMP guidelines from the manufacturing process to packing and shipping of finished goods to various destinations.
