ePlanet Communications Inc. was founded in August 2003 by Trent DeGroot and Asadullah Khan. ePlanet Communications was later also established in London UK, and Karachi Pakistan with the vision that we shall make it one of the best companies in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Industry. Our immediate target now is to establish a Call Center in the Philippines, UAE, and Egypt for GCC Countries by the mid of the year 2011.

We can currently accommodate 1000 Agents in Head Office Orem, UT USA, and 2000 Agents in Karachi, Pakistan. The Company has, at its disposal, state-of-the-art technology enabling it to undertake Call Blending, Call Monitoring, and Coaching, Multi-Channel Communications (Chat, E-mail, Fax, and Voice Web Call).

ePlanet has created a partnership with ResultsTel Inc. to allow for offshore expansion needs as well as site redundancy. ResultsTel Inc. operates 23 call centers around the world strategically located in areas of the US, Canada, Europe, Caribbean.
