 Sales monitoring on daily, weekly & monthly bases.

 Monitoring and submission of sales figures to Head Office on 10 days basis on every 10th & 20th of every month.

 Ensuring ex-distributor sales and maintaining of inventories on basis of 45 days of stock levels.

 Close check on distributor supplies and stock levels.

 Close check on distributor’s sales persons and their orders procurement.

 Keep the senior management updated on the issues related with Field Force / Sales / Distribution / Competitors and any other pertinent matter.

 Implementation of marketing / sales strategies through SPOs.
