Established in June 2008, Da'wah Books is an independent, non-profit initiative that aims to facilitate
the propagation of authentic Islamic knowledge.
It is not affiliated with any political or religious group.
The bookstore is inspired by the last sermon of the last Prophet of Allah, Muhammad (صÙ٠اÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙ ÙسÙÙ )
delivered on the ninth day of Dhul-Hijjah, 10 A.H.(March 6th 632 C.E)
"I leave behind me two things, the Qur'an & the Sunnah, and if you follow these you will never go astray.
All those who listen to me shall pass on my words to others and those to others again;
and may the last ones understand my words better than those who listened to me directly."
âDaâwahâ is Arabic for âinvitationâ.
âAuthenticâ refers to that which is firmly grounded in the Qurâan and Saheeh Ahadeeth.
