G. H. SYED & COMPANY was founded in 1958 by Mr. Ghiasuddin Hafiz Syed who was a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Syed got retired from The Income Tax Department as a Grade I Officer. Till 1993 the Company was registered as a Chartered Accountant Firm by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Mr. Syed Hafiz Ali son of Mr. Syed joined the firm in 1984 as a partner Consultant after 10 years working in The Income Tax Department. Mr Hafiz Ali is a MBA from IBA and LLB from S. M. Law College and has a vast experience in matters related to Income Tax and Corporate Law.
